Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards or with PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and if the issuer of your card refuses to pay us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Order Delivery & Charges

Snail Cream Shop will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, First or Second Class with proof of postage. A signature upon delivery may be required. Orders £50 and over are delivered free of charge.

Snail Cream Shop is unable to process orders to a PO Box address. We only deliver online orders to UK addresses (including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man but excluding the Channel Islands).

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

Snail Cream Shop does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. All parcels lost in transit or classed as a stolen parcel will be investigated by Royal Mail.
